Dave Brock is President and CEO at Partners In EXCELLENCE, a consulting and services organization that helps its clients develop and execute business, sales, marketing, customer service and new product strategies. Dave has researched, written and spoken extensively on topics including thought leadership, sales and marketing, new product introductions and strategic partnering. Doug Fuehne is vice president of customer value with PROS. He previously led the strategic consulting, professional services, and science solutions teams. Prior to joining PROS, Fuehne consulted with clients in diverse industries including oil and gas, chemical, discrete manufacturing, financial services and retail, where he focused on science- and process-based solutions for supply chain, and mergers and acquisitions. Fuehne worked directly for manufacturing, energy trading and financial services companies, running marketing, sales, consulting, and e-commerce groups. He earned an MBA in quantitative operations and finance from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Illinois.
Diana Zuzek is President and CEO of Beanstalk Revenue Management. Previously, she served as the Chief Pricing Officer and Senior Leader of Strategic Marketing at 3M Company, where she helped create a Pricing Center of Excellence.
Eric Petty serves as PROS Director of Market Strategy for its pricing effectiveness product portfolio. He is responsible for the development of the company’s go-to-market strategy and positioning of its pricing effectiveness products, including Scientific Analytics for Pricing, Price Management, Price Optimizer and Supply-Aware Price Optimizer. Prior to joining PROS, Petty worked as a pricing leader for GE Oil & Gas where he led worldwide pricing projects with cross-functional teams specializing in global pricing strategy, product marketing, product management and product/solutions implementation.
Frank Sohn has more than 20 years of global experience in CPQ, quote-to-cash, business transformation, merger & acquisitions, and program management, with focus on the high-tech industry. As the founder and CEO of Novus CPQ Consulting, , he helps businesses get the most out of their CPQ investment.
George Faris, a PROS strategic consultant, has a wide range of experience, including sales effectiveness, pricing, pricing software delivery and pre-sales management for pricing and rebate management software. He has also spent several years in field sales and operations. In previous roles he has served as manager, pre-sales with Vistex; as a pricing consultant with Vendavo; pricing analyst with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics; sales effectiveness specialist with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics; and market manager with Sherwin Williams. Faris received an MBA from the Graham School of Management at St. Xavier University and a B.S. in marketing from Northern Illinois University. He resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife Autumn and their two young daughters, Holly and Vivian.
Hans-Peter Klug is a strategic consultant with PROS, where he specializes in delivering big data, sales and pricing solutions to prospective customers. Previous experience includes seven years in increasingly responsible pricing and business IT management roles at Electrolux, where Klug and his teams worked closely with the sales organizations on pricing and rebate strategy efforts. He also worked as a pricing and IT manager for Reebok, helping with its global SAP implementation with a focus on pricing harmonization, optimization and sales quoting. Klug earned a degree from Germany’s University of Bayreuth in sports and economics, focusing on finance and IT.
Visconti is Managing Director, Global Services CRM, at Acumen Solutions. She has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and 20+ years of professional experience in CRM, program, project, and product management, and business process optimization.
Meghan Keough is Vice President of Alliances at PROS. Prior to PROS, she held executive alliances, marketing, and product management positions at SignalDemand (acquired by PROS) and Oracle (Siebel). Keough earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mark Maxwell is Director of Marketing, Sales, and Pricing Consulting at Dow Corning. He has held various sales and marketing roles over his 30-year career at Dow Corning. Mark holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
Mike Slavin is a Strategic Consultant focusing on the distribution industry. Before joining PROS in 2010, he spent five years with SAP where he was the national champion for the wholesale distribution industry vertical and led the Wholesale Distribution Solution Advisor Community of Practice.
Mark Stiving loves pricing. As a child, he often wondered why companies always used 99 cent price endings, asking himself this question: “Do companies think we’re stupid?” He had a chance to study this question during his doctoral program at the University of California at Berkeley and hasn’t looked back since. As an instructor for Pragmatic Marketing, Stiving teaches companies and students around the world how to build, market and price product people are excited to buy. Neil Biehn is vice president and leader of the science and research group at PROS, Inc. For the past 15 years, he has researched pricing, revenue and profit optimization, and the underlying data science. During his tenure, Biehn has designed pricing algorithms and optimization models for companies in the manufacturing, distribution, services, travel and transportation industries. He is a published author in a variety of formats that include scientific journals and white papers, and is a contributor to the recently published book titled Innovation in Pricing: Contemporary Theories and Best Practices.
Protik Mukhopadhyay leads west coast customer success for PROS. He works with strategic customers by building long-term relationships and ensuring they realize full value from their investment with PROS solutions. He many years of experience in sales and marketing business transformation having worked at NetApp, the Federal Reserve Bank, Brocade and Apttus.
Patrick Schneidau joined PROS in 2004, and today serves as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he is directly responsible for global marketing, including lead generation, corporate marketing, events, branding, and product and industry marketing. Schneidau has held a series of increasingly responsible roles during his 10-year tenure with PROS. Most recently he’s served as general manager for the company’s mid-market business. He’s also led product management and product marketing, development of the company’s product and go-to-market strategies, and positioning for its complete portfolio of products. Schneidau has also served as vice president, strategic consulting, leading a team of consultants responsible for the company’s worldwide pre-sales engagements. Prior to joining PROS, he worked at BMC Software, where he managed a pricing portfolio of more than 450 products with annual sales of more than $500 million and led the pricing integration of four acquisition targets. Schneidau earned both an M.B.A. in finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a guest lecturer for the M.B. A. program and has served on the Business Advisory Council for the university’s Mendoza College of Business.
Russ Chadinha serves as PROS senior product marketing manager for Sales Effectiveness products. He is responsible for the development of the company’s go-to-market strategy, and positioning of its sales effectiveness product portfolio including Negotiation Guidance, Scientific Analytics for Sales, Sales Optimizer, Quote2Win and Cameleon CPQ. Prior to joining PROS, Chadinha held leadership positions in technology companies, including Contec DTx, HP, Compaq and Zeos International. Throughout his career, he has worked in diverse roles including product management, global go-to-market program management, strategy, business development, marketing and sales. Through this diverse experience, he has developed an unique combination of strategy, innovation and marketing skills used to define and deliver business growth results. Chadinha earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a B.B.A. from the University of North Dakota. He is also the recipient of the Franz Edelman Award for Achievement in Operations Research and the Management of Sciences.
Sean Cassidy serves as PROS Director of Content Strategy, and he drives content programs and market positioning around sales effectiveness and price optimization. Cassidy is a ten-year veteran in the sales effectiveness and pricing space. Prior to joining PROS, he managed inbound marketing at Apttus, where he helped build online and partner programs for configure-price-quote (CPQ), contract management and revenue management. Prior to Apttus, Cassidy held positions at Model N and Oracle.
Steven Jones is Vice President of Product Development at SpringCM. He is a 23-year software industry veteran with extensive experience in both start-ups and mature companies.
Shannon Tatz is a strategic solutions consultant with PROS, where she specializes in delivering big data, sales and pricing software solutions to technology clients. Prior to joining PROS, she led device pricing at Cricket Communications, managing a subsidy budget in excess of $600MM. Tatz has led business strategy efforts across various industries, including retail, financial services and energy. A Fulbright Scholar, she earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, and a B.A. in international studies from Boston College.
"Tim Girgenti joined PROS in 2010 and today serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. In this role, he is responsible for investor relations, media relations, analyst relations and internal communications. Girgenti has held previous leadership roles with PROS in marketing and strategy during the company’s expansive growth cycle. He has been instrumental in PROS long-term strategic planning, evaluation of new growth opportunities and strategic positioning, as well as its alignment of company initiatives against goals and objectives. Prior to joining PROS, Girgenti served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer of Paymetric, Inc., where he helped transform the company from an on-premise to a SaaS model, and positioned the company for long-term growth. Girgenti served previously as managing partner at Lifecycle Marketing, and spent his formative years in roles of increasing responsibility at Wells Fargo Bank and GE Capital, where he graduated from the GE Capital Leadership Development Program. Girgenti earned an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University and a B.A. from Wake Forest University."
Aditi Mehta serves as PROS Product Marketing Manager for the company’s RevenuePRO solution, which enables Travel and Cargo companies to realize their revenue and profit potential. Mehta is responsible for go-to-market strategy development, and positioning and sales enablement for the O&D, GSO, RTDP and PAV editions. Prior to joining PROS, she worked at Sabre, where she was the Product Marketing Manager for Air Shopping. Additionally, she has experience in financial consulting and entrepreneurship as the Founder for Brown Girl Magazine, an online publication for young women. Aditi graduated from The University of Texas with a BBA in Marketing and received her MBA from The University of Chicago.
Thomas Gorin, Ph.D., serves as PROS Senior Director of Product Management on its travel team, where he focuses on a mix of travel-related engagements, from revenue management to group optimization and analytics. His industry experience includes six years with Continental Airlines as a manager in both revenue management and revenue decision support. Thomas earned a Ph.D. in aerospace and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he published numerous papers on airline revenue management.
During his 25 year career, John Murphy has worked in multiple roles, from sales to design engineer to developer at companies including Gates Rubber Company, ThomasNet, Solidworks, BigMachines and James Hardie Building Products. He has spent the last 10 years in the CPQ space, both on the vendor side as well as leading implementation and growth of a CPQ initiative for a client company. John holds an MBA from Keller School of Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University.
Marc Chesover leads international sales and marketing for the company’s European operations and for its growing business in the Asia-Pacific region. He is responsible for driving revenue growth and for leading PROS customer adoption, including sales, strategic consulting, account development, alliances and marketing.
Ed Gonzalez, Ph.D., is a senior scientist on the science and research team at PROS, where he focuses on segmentation and list price optimization for manufacturing, distribution and services. Gonzalez earned a Ph.D. in computational and applied mathematics from Rice University, and he holds a B.A. in economics and a B.A. in applied mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Valerie Howard, Senior Industry Solutions Manager at PROS, manages the go-to-market strategy for PROS high-tech and healthcare solutions. As a former user and product manager of PROS solutions, she has firsthand experience in the transformative benefits and competitive advantages that can be realized through pricing technology. JJ Worthen is part of the strategic accounts sales team at PROS. Mark is an Executive Account Manager with PROS, focussing exclusively on the maritime industry. Mark has been in and around the maritime sector for over 30 years having started as a tanker chartering broker before moving to S&P. Mark made the switch into ICT in 2000 and has worked with owners, managers and operators implementing maritime ERP systems and specialist maritime software consultancy and development as well as network security.
Jacqueline Davis is Director of Customer Value for PROS Inc. She helps customers quantify the value of their PROS solutions and identify additional opportunities to drive sustainable, measurable value realization. Jacqueline previously led the PROS global consulting practice which provides expertise and support to customers in the manufacturing, distribution and services industries.

Loretta Faluade serves as PROS Senior Product Marketing Manager at for the company’s SellingPRO solutions which enable customers in the manufacturing, distribution, and services space to provide a modern commerce experience for their customers. She’s is responsible for go-to-market strategy development and positioning for the PROS’ Smart CPQ, eCommerce, and Deal Desk editions. Prior to PROS she worked at Texas Instruments where she had a variety of roles including Product Marketing Manager in their embedded processors division and Sales Account Manager in the Boston region. Loretta graduated from The University of Texas in Austin with a B.S in Electrical Engineering.
Samir began his career as a software engineer at National Instruments, followed by several years in management roles at Microsoft Corporation after his MBA. He was appointed CEO of Disha Technologies in 2003, where he grew the business five-fold and managed its acquisition by Aztecsoft in 2005. In early 2007, he was appointed CEO of Aztecsoft and successfully guided the company to become the fastest-growing publicly traded mid-cap IT services company. In 2009, he helped finalize Aztecsoft’s acquisition by MindTree. Samir received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nik Caruthers helps customers drive transformational change to realize their revenue and margin potential using PROS smart applications. Prior to joining PROS, Caruthers spent 16 years in roles of increasing responsibility with Intel Corporation, where he managed procurement, business operations and pricing teams, and ran its EMEA deal desk for eight years. He earned an MBA from Thunderbird’s Garvin School of International Management, and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
James Bennett works on PROS Strategic Consulting team as a pre-sales solutions architect, where he develops and delivers creative solutions to meet customers’ challenging business requirements. He brings to the company more than 20 years of experience, including work as a PROS customer where he led the technical implementation of a pricing project in the medical industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in information and computer science from the University of North Florida.
